CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50% cancellation fee, in addition to the non-refundable deposit, will be charged for no-shows, arrivals more than 15 minutes late, cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, and same-day rescheduling requests. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and do not apply toward the 50% cancellation fee.
